This piece is created on a 8″ round wood panel after watercolor paper has been adhered to it. It has a built in keyhole for easy hanging. It’s ready for a home or office.
The paper is attached using a matte medium. Once paper is secured I am able to start the painting and pen work process. The first part is painting with watercolor and then adding pen work. A rapidograph drafting pen is used as well as a gel pen. Once the piece is completed it is protected using a uv archival varnish.
